Role Summary:
You  will oversee all aspects of Gamel Clodin’s clothing design and production processes. This role involves ensuring efficient operations, maintaining quality standards, and enforcing compliance among staff while optimizing resource utilization.

Annual Salary: GHS 18k

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning:
   • Develop and implement production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
   • Coordinate with design and marketing teams to align production with demand.
2. Inventory Management:
   • Monitor fabric and material inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels.
   • Establish systems to track and manage inventory usage.
3. Quality Control:
   • Develop and enforce quality standards for all products.
   • Conduct routine checks to ensure compliance with quality benchmarks.
4. Staff Supervision:
   • Lead and motivate the production team, ensuring adherence to company policies.
   • Address performance issues and provide training where necessary.
5. Process Optimization:
   • Identify inefficiencies in production processes and implement improvements.
   • Utilize production management software to monitor and optimize workflows.
6. Policy Enforcement:
   • Enforce rules to prevent unauthorized activities and misuse of company resources.
   • Investigate and address violations of company policies.
7. Data Management:
   • Maintain accurate records of production data and generate periodic reports for management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Production, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in apparel production management.
• Proficiency in google Doc, sheet and slides, production management software and tools.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

 Location and Reporting  

This is a full-time role at GamelClodin Garment Manufacturing House ,  Kumasi- Ayedause New-site, close to the Faculty of Allied Health science.
