01 · Lay it flat
Lay the garment flat on a table, smoothing out any excess fabric.
02 · Check the seams
Make sure the shoulder seams and collar sit evenly before you measure.
03 · Measure with tape
Use a soft tape measure and record each measurement in cm.
STEP 5 — DEPOSIT
Deposit & Timeline
A 70% non-refundable deposit begins production; the balance is due before collection or delivery. Because each piece is made for you, it isn’t eligible for change-of-mind returns — only for faults or pieces that differ from what was agreed. Full terms in our Terms & Conditions.
