We offer direct exchanges at either of our physical store locations (Kumasi City Mall or Achimota Retail Center) when proof of purchase is presented — bring the item in and we will arrange an immediate exchange or repair.

If you are initiating a return remotely (by email or through our social media pages), ship the item to the address in Section 4.2, and we will arrange a replacement or repair once we have received and inspected it.
